  • Dates are secured once a contract is signed and a $120 non-refundable retainer is submitted.
  • Retainers must be paid within 24 hours of receiving your invoice. Unpaid invoices will be automatically released.
  • Final payment is due 14 days prior to your event. For events scheduled within 14 days, full payment will be required at booking.
  • Travel within 40 miles of Richmond, CA (94801) is included.
  • Additional travel is billed at $2 per mile.
  • Any applicable bridge tolls or parking fees will be added as needed.
